How to Add Image Concepts as a Developer in Stripe

Guide for WooCommerce + Stripe Integration

When we connect your WooCommerce store to Stripe, we require Developer access to complete the setup (API keys, webhooks, testing, etc.). The instructions below walk you through granting that access securely.

Step 1 — Log in to Stripe

1. Go to the Stripe dashboard: 👉 https://dashboard.stripe.com/login
2. Log in with your Stripe account details.

Step 2 — Go to Team Settings

Stripe uses team roles to manage access. You’ll invite us from your Team and security settings.

This is Stripe’s official team management page where you can add, edit, or remove team members.

Step 3 — Add a Team Member

1. On the Team & security page, click Add member or Invite team member.
2. Enter our email address: (we will have supplied this to you on email)

Step 4 — Choose the Correct Role

Select the Developer role so we can:

• View and configure API keys
• Set up webhooks
• Connect WooCommerce securely

You do not need to grant Administrator access unless you want to. Developer access is sufficient.

Step 5 — Send the Invitation

1. Click Send Invite
2. Let us know once you’ve sent it — we’ll accept and begin the integration.

Invitations generally expire after 10 days if not accepted.

Security Notes

• You remain the sole owner of your Stripe account.
• You can remove our access anytime after the project is complete.
• To remove us later:
  1. Return to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/team
  2. Find our user
  3. Click Remove access

What Happens Next?

Once access is granted, we will:

✅ Connect WooCommerce to Stripe

✅ Configure API & webhooks

✅ Test transactions (if required)

✅ Confirm everything is working
