Setting Up Your Mailbox in Gmail on Android

Your mailbox can be added to the Gmail app on any Android device. Follow the steps below to get set up.

Adding Your Mailbox

  1. Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  3. Scroll down and tap Settings.
  4. Tap Add Account.
  5. Tap Other.
  6. Enter your full email address, for example name@yourdomain.com, then tap Next.
  7. Select Personal (IMAP).
  8. Enter your mailbox password, then tap Next.
  9. Under the incoming server settings, enter imap.stackmail.com in the Server field, then tap Next.
  10. Under the outgoing server settings, enter smtp.stackmail.com in the SMTP Server field, then tap Next.
  11. Review the account options on screen, then tap Next to finish adding your mailbox to the Gmail app.
